Twin Pregnancy Week 27 Your babies' lungs and brains are developing rapidly. Your babies are practicing taking breath! Each baby is between 9-11 inches long. If you shine light on your stomach, your babies may respond to the light. Week 27 marks the end of your second trimester. If you have not stopped working, you may want to consider that now. Also it is time to think about an early baby shower. You never know when your twins decide on their arrival.
