At this stage the only organ left to be fully functional is the lungs. Your baby is gaining weight and so are you.

If you have not yet, get your hospital bag ready just in case of an early arrival. You may want to buy a couple of premature new born outfits as well. Even if you go to full term, one baby may be smaller.
