By week 8 or (6 gestational) babies' ears are forming.

Babies' arms are getting longer and elbows are becoming visible.

Ossification or the hardening of babies bones is starting this week.

Your uterus is growing at a faster rate than singleton pregnancies and you may start to show a little with your twin pregnancy. You may be having an early ultrasound around week 7-9, especially if your doctor suspects twins.
