Safety

It won't be long before your babies are crawling and safety becomes an issue.  All breakable objects and antiques have to be put on higher levels out of your children's reach. All electrical outlets must have plugs on them.  Cords must be hidden or out of reach as well. 

You should put gates at top and bottom of staircases.  Sharp table corner should have some type of cushion on them.
